Joseph is the founder of JTG Ventures, LLC, a firm dedicated to providing fractional CFO/COO support and leadership to organizations.  Prior to founding JTG Ventures, Joe served as a financial and operational leadership and his experience spans across a breadth of industries including SaaS, tech enabled services, hospitality, education, financial services, healthcare, and construction.  He has served in non-profit and for-profit entities as CFO/COO.

Joe is an Operating Partner with Edison Partners, a growth equity firm where he leads the Financial Center of Excellence within the Edison Edge platform. Joe advises the finance leaders of their portfolio entities on matters of personnel, strategic FP&A, reporting and optimization of processes and financial systems.  He leverages his 30+ years of financial and operating expertise as he coaches and mentors on how to translate strategies into actions that maximize enterprise and shareholder value.

Joseph is a CPA, earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting from DePaul University and graduated the Executive Education Program at Stanford University.
